Refund Policy

Overview

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

🛑 Order Cancellation Eligibility Policy

At WOWINN Games Enterprises Private Limited , we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple and transparent for your convenience.

Eligible for Cancellation:

You can cancel your clothing order only if:

  1. Within 2 Hours of Order Placement
    Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of placing the order.
  2. Before Order is Shipped
    If your order status is still “Processing” or “Confirmed,” you may request cancellation.
  3. Payment Not Captured
    If your payment is pending or failed, your order may be auto-cancelled or cancelled upon request.

Not Eligible for Cancellation:

You cannot cancel your order in the following cases:

  • Order is already shipped or dispatched
  • Order is marked as “Out for Delivery”
  • Order includes items on Sale, Limited Edition, or marked “Final Sale”
  • Order was placed using a Promo Code, Coupon, or Gift Card

🚨 Important Notes:

  • Refunds for cancelled orders (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • If you still wish to return the product after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
  • For urgent cancellation requests, contact our support team at support@wowinnenterprises.in immediately.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically Credited on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
